Rental Terms & Conditions

Any reservation is subject to availability and must be made by a person at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver's license and a credit card at the time of booking.

The rental period is specified at the time of reservation and any extension must be confirmed in advance and is subject to availability.

Rental rates are calculated on a daily basis and any additional mileage is charged according to the terms agreed upon at the time of reservation.

All our cars are covered by mandatory civil liability insurance. Additional insurance options are available for an extra fee.

Payment is made at the start of the rental and must be settled by credit card. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental and will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to vehicle inspection.

The rented vehicle may only be driven by the designated renter and must be used in accordance with local traffic laws. It is forbidden to sublet or lend the vehicle to third parties.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when collected, at the time agreed upon at booking. Late fees may apply in the event of late return.

Any reservation cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date to avoid cancellation fees.

The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period, except in cases of force majeure or damages caused by third parties.

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions is subject to applicable law and competent courts of the jurisdiction where the rental took place.
